Hope in God's Love
Romans 5:1–5 & John 16:12–15
June 15 is Trinity Sunday. On this Sunday, we celebrate the mystery of God's three-in-one nature—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—not as a puzzle to solve, but as a relationship to enter. Romans reminds us that through Jesus Christ we have peace with God and hope that does not disappoint, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit. In John, Jesus promises the Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth, showing us that the Trinity is not distant or abstract, but actively at work in our lives, leading us in love, truth, and hope.
