Joseph, Jesus' Father
Matthew 1:18-25
When Joseph learned that Mary was pregnant, he faced a painful and confusing choice. Instead of shame or anger, he chose compassion and grace, protecting someone who was vulnerable. Scripture calls Joseph righteous—not because he strictly enforced the law, but because he showed mercy. This Sunday, we’ll reflect on Joseph’s faithful response to God’s unexpected plan and ask how we, too, can choose grace, trust God’s guidance, and live out righteousness in our daily lives.
