Abraham's Faith 2

    Genesis 18:1-15 / Romans 5:1-8
Join us this Sunday as we continue our journey through the life of Abraham and discover what it truly means to live by faith. We will explore how faith is not something we earn, but a beautiful gift rooted in God’s “prevenient grace” — God’s unconditional love that seeks us out before we even know God.

This divine love humbles us and transforms how we see the world, calling us to move beyond abstract beliefs and put our faith into action. Through the powerful story of Abraham and Lot welcoming three mysterious strangers, we will look at how God often encounters us in the unexpected people we meet. Come gather with our faith community this weekend as we encourage one another to pure-heartedly pursue righteousness, peace, and the radical, life-changing hospitality of Christ. We look forward to worshiping with you!

Join us for worship this Sunday at 10:00 am in person or on our Woodridge UMC YouTube Channel!

    Series Information

Abram stepped into the unknown, leaving behind what was familiar, trusting in God’s promise even when he could not see the outcome. His story reminds us that faith is not about having everything figured out, but about trusting the One who leads us. It is about holding onto God’s promises in both our present reality and the life to come.
