Ephesians 1:18-23 / Luke 9:22
The resurrection of Jesus is not only the promise of eternal life, but the power that transforms our lives today. Jesus came to bring the kingdom of God to earth, yet we often struggle, living out of a false self shaped by sin and selfishness. Through his suffering, death, and resurrection, Jesus overcomes the power of sin and invites us into new life. As we abide in him, our true selves are restored, and we are empowered to live with love, bring healing, and participate in God’s work of justice and hope in the world. Today, we are invited to open our heart to Christ’s transforming power and take a step toward the new life he offers.
