Here we are at the beginning of February already!  Seems like we just turned the calendar page for a new year yesterday.  It will be Christmas again before we know it.  But before we get to Christmas again, let's get through Lent and Easter first. 

Yes, in about 2 weeks it will be Ash Wednesday, the start of the season of Lent.  40 days later, it will be Easter and so forth.  But what about right now?  How do we face the day to day stuff before we get to Lent? 

Well, let's try to focus our attention on the recurring theme of God's ever-presence in each of our lives.  Yes, God is always with us.  And this week,  Jonah's story reminds us that there is "NOWHERE TO RUN, AND NOWHERE TO HIDE".  No sense in trying to get away from God.  It doesn't work!
